St. Mary's Cinco de Mayo Casino Night!

MOBILE, Ala. - This Cinco de Mayo, St. Mary's Catholic School will be shuffling amazing deals for charity, and you're invited to join in the festivities! It all goes down Saturday May 5, from 6pm until!
 
The school is hosting it's annual "Casino Night" fundraiser to benefit St. Mary's school. This year's theme is "Welcome to Fiesta at the Tropicana"!

Live and silent auctions, games with local celebrity hosts, door prizes, great food, and awesome entertainment are some of the things that make this event extra-special and majorly fun!

I'm personally looking forward to being one of the "Casino Night" card dealers! (currently practicing my shuffle!)

Some of the silent auction items include a fabulous student art section, artwork, gift certificates, furniture, home and personal items, plus other wonderful items donated by hundreds of local businesses and donors!

The live auction starts at 8:45pm, and check out this list of items to be featured:

• A Riverside dinner at the Fowl River Home of Mark and Augusta Tapia for up to 16 people prepared by St. Mary Pastor, Rev. Msgr. G. Warren Wall and Hudson Tapia
• A New Orleans style gumbo dinner for 8 prepared by St. Mary's Rev. Dan Good at the home of Marian and Tim Clarke
• Two bicycles from Spoke N Trail
• Two sailboat cruises for a day sailing trip on a 34 foot Hunter, and a romantic night cruise for up to 2 couples!
• A Pub Crawl with stops at a variety of Mobile establishments
• Two Chihuahua dogs
• A party for 50 at Springhill Swim Club
• A golf package including rounds at several courses
• An original Orren Kickliter painting
• Dinners
• Artwork, home furnishings, and more!

 

Prizes include:

•  Free tuition for one child to St. Mary's 2012 Summer Camp

General admission is $25 per adult in advance and $30 at the door. Seniors tickets are $25. Special dinner tickets are $100 and admit two adults. The dinner tickets are limited and include fabulous door prizes.

With dinner tickets, you will enjoy an elegant meal featuring Naman's Catering and K.K. Ollis Catering.

Every year, celebrity guests attend Casino Night to host the games. For years, this has added so much to the fun atmosphere of Casino Night!

St. Mary's Catholic School is located at 107 N. Lafayette St., on the corner of Lafayette Street and Old Shell Road.

The games are conducted with chips that can be redeemed for raffle tickets. (No money is exchanged.) This event is for adults 21-years-old and up.
