The CreW Member: Sade

My name is Sade, I'm currently a senior at the University of South Alabama where I am a Public Relations major. I love mass communications and everything that has to do with pop culture. This includes fashion, art, music, movies, and television. I especially love fashion! My dad has been in the communication field for almost his whole life. So I guess I inherited my love for this industry from him.

I'm also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. where I do a lot of volunteer work as well as fun stuff like plan parties and events. Joining this legacy of excellence has been one of the most positive and rewarding decisions I've ever made. I'm also a mentor for Big Brother/Big Sister it has also been a rewarding experience and has taught me the importance of giving back.

I love to travel in my spare time; I enjoy learning about the different cultures of various cities. My two favorite cities to travel to are also previous residents of mine, New Orleans and Atlanta. I also enjoy watching movies. "The Devil Wears Prada" is one of my favorites. I like to eat at different restaurants, cook, and watch reality television in my spare time. I also love to go to church! I've attended my church, Living Word Christian Center, for 15 years.

I'm excited about what the future has to offer me. I dream big and plan to accomplish big things in the future. I thank God for the opportunities I've been blessed to receive and can't wait to see what He has in store for me in the future!
